1. This machine mainly for packing blister, and leaflet into the carton box, the machine have A carton feeding system, A leaflet feeding system, , A blister feeding system, A carton erector and blister and spoon+ leaflet inserting station and A reject station.
2. Machine automatically insert the blisters and leaflet ,spoon inside the carton box and close the carton box.
3. Carton boxes , leaflet and blister, will be manually loaded into each corresponding feeder.
4. The general functioning of the machine will be checked for complying with the description hereunder.
5. The cartoning machine includes an automatic station to erect the cartons. The carton boxes are held by vacuum
6. Cartons are loaded manually into a feeder.
7. The cartoning machine includes a leaflets feeder. The leaflets are loaded manually into the feeder. The feeder can be at least put 1000 leaflets.
8. The cartoning machine picks a leaflet and inserts the leaflet together with the blister and spoon into the carton box. The machine have an automatic clutch in case of resistance when inserting the blister..
9. If a blister is missing, the corresponding carton wait for the next lot with a blister so that no empty carton is produced or the lonely blister is not inserted to an empty space but is dropped into a reject drawer. Similarly, if a carton is missing, the blister moving system stop and wait for the next carton so that no lonely blister can be produced or the carton moves forward, is closed and rejected at the reject station.
10. The cartoning machine closes the carton box.
11. Output conveyor towards the following machine: the cartons are transferred one by one.
