QVC-3 Practical Pneumatic Vacuum Conveyer
Application
QVC-3 Practical Pneumatic Vacuum Conveyer is used in automatic feeding material for tablet press machine, capsule filling machine, screen machine and mixing machine. It does not need any mechanical vacuum pump, so it is of small volume, without repairing, no noise and easy being controlled. It is easy to clean. It is up to GMP requirement.
Working
The filter separates materials from air completely. When the chamber is full of materials, the controller will automatically cut off the gas source and vacuum generators stop working. The feeding machine will be started automatically to load materials again, when the time is up or the material level sensor sends out signals.
