Features
1. Semi automatic capsule filler is equipped with capsule sowing protection device and emergency stop device to ensure the safety of the operator.
2. The full automatic structure is adopted to improve the efficiency of equipment and the friction caused by the artificial sowing process.
3. The mold chamfering position is accurate, ensure the sowing capsule is not lock of grain.
4. The position of the lock pocket is put in a flat way, which is locked by using the cylinder starting principle, which greatly reduces labor intensity, saves manpower resources, and reduces the leakage of the powder in the process of locking, improving the utilization efficiency and quality of the raw materials.
5. The cgmp semi automatic capsule filling machine sowing, filling and locking three working stations are set independently. It adopts electronic mechanical integration control, pneumatic joint control and variable frequency stepless speed regulation device, which facilitates the organic connection of all working procedure and improves filling speed.

Our machine is under warranty for 12 months. Most components are free-replacement warranty,but the client needs to pay the DHL fee . Artificial and thunder strike damage is beyond the scope of the warranty. Spare parts are not in the warranty time.
