- Double press rollers, double side output tablets, many punches, it is suitable for mass production.
- Double impellers type force feeder. It can improve the fluidity and filling of the granular, so ensures the feeding precision
- The strength of the pressure is strong and the pre-pressure can be adjusted that can extend the pressing time.
- Automatic oil & grease central lubrication system. ensure the lubrication of pressure rollers, toolings and tracks, extending the working life of the machine.
- The machine is equipped with sensors pressure protection device, when the pressure is over,it will stop automatically so that can protect the punch pins from damaged.
- Controlled by PLC and touch screen,simple and easy to operate.
- After some changes, the machine can press double layer tablets. (It is according to customers' requirements.)
